Abstract

In this inscription from the first half of the 1st century AD a Milesian who had appointed as his heirs Apollo of Didyma and the Milesian people is posthumously honoured. The notice of Ulpian according to which the oracle of Didyma counted among the privileged sanctuaries entitled to receive inheritances is hereby confirmed.
