Vol. 134 (2019)
AM Band 134 (2019), Titel.

Volume 134/2019 of the »Athenische Mitteilungen« covers a wide range of topics from the 4th millennium to the 1st century B.C., with a detour to the late 19th/early 20th century in the final article on Wilhelm Dörpfeld's architectural work. Articles on the ceramics of an Early Helladic settlement in Attica and an important seal context in Late Minoan Poros shed light on important Bronze Age finds from close temporal contexts. Olympia is represented by two articles presenting the first results of the Olympia Area Survey and painted Hellenistic plaster fragments, respectively. The other articles are devoted to Attic ›Stempelidole‹, a Boeotian grave context, the anthemion friezes of the Erechtheion, and the bronze groups of donkeys and slaves. These articles cover a time-span from the Early Archaic to the Late Hellenistic period and lead through various regions of the Greek mainland and finally, as the penultimate title announces, from Alexandria to Actium.
