Abstract

At its meeting on 16 May 2019, the general assembly of the German Archaeological Institute approved the following revision of the DAI’s statutes, which came into effect on 1 October 2019. The German Federal Foreign Office’s commissioner for foreign science, education, and research policy and foreign cultural policy approved the new statues on 25 July 2019. The work of the bodies of the DAI as well as details on evaluations, departmental and commission conferences, and voting are defined by the laws.
