Abstract

The study presented aims to analyze the ceramic circuits in the mining districts of Vipasca (Aljustrel, Portugal) and Urium (Riotinto, Huelva) since the second century B. C. until the fourth century A. D. This is intended to take the pulse of the occupation and exploitation of these spaces from analysis of the consumption of pottery. This material is a clear indicative of the moments of greatest boom and setbacks in mining production developed in this area.
